Embarking on a period of exciting growth, Working Options in Education delivers a national Employability and Life Skills programme to 14-19 yr olds in schools, colleges as well as online. We are seeking a Project Support Coordinator to support our small team across multiple areas of the charity.
You will focus on volunteer recruitment, fundraising and research tasks, with the objective of increasing both our volunteer base and funding for the charity.
Your day-to-day workload will include the management of an Excel database and CRM system, performance reporting, tracking and researching, interpreting data, analysing results and presenting the findings. You will also manage a community of volunteers, which will include recruitment and retention, alongside fundraising and event support.
This is an exciting âfull-onâ busy role that requires an upbeat, energetic style and personality, someone who is adept at handling a wide variety of people, those senior-level professionals (the volunteers), educators and students, as well as charity trustees and stakeholders. Versatile, adaptable, analytical and SUPER-organised are key ingredients of this role.
You must be able to think on your feet and prioritise efficiently. You will be a confident self-starter with strong analytical skills, a great communicator in all facets and youâre brilliant at the attention to detail.
This is a great opportunity for a 2nd jobber or graduate with a passion for working with and wanting to help young people as they prepare for their futures.
