We have three Advisory Boards to ensure our Careers Pathways Programme remains relevant to young people, businesses and volunteers.
Our Student Advisory Board is a group of young people with a keen interest in the vision and work of Working Options in Education. We rely on members to provide a sounding board and give input on key decisions to ensure our programme stays on track and is relevant to young people.
Chair – Ollie Marsden, Operations Consultant, Newton Europe
Our Educator Advisory Board is a group of educators from around the UK. Members help us to ensure our programme is fit for purpose for schools, colleges and young people and that it complements curriculum needs.
Chair – Sufian Sadiq, Director of Teaching School, Chiltern Learning Trust
Our Volunteer Advisory Board is a group of business volunteers with a keen interest in our vision and work. Members provide input into how we support students and our network of volunteers, help us understand the employment skills needed and where the opportunities exist for young people.
