What we do

We help young people go from 'Learner to Earner'

We help young people fulfil their potential by developing employability and life skills through our Career Pathways Programme, delivered with schools and colleges in England and Wales.

Our free programme includes; talks from industry volunteers; employability skills workshops; business challenges; creativity workshops; and access to opportunities in partner companies.

Since 2010 we have worked to empower young people (11-19) to take control of their education and career journey through our programmes, and we are proud to be Skills Builder Partnership Impact Level Three accredited for: listening, speaking, problem solving, creativity, staying positive, aiming high, leadership and teamwork.

Our Funders Our Impact

How we help

  1. Improving employability

With nearly one million young people not in education, employment or training, we focus on supporting those facing the greatest barriers, providing meaningful employer encounters that are proven to improve future employment outcomes.

  2. Building confidence

We give young people the confidence to see what’s possible, and the skills to go after it. Through real experiences and employer insight, they feel more prepared for what comes next.

  3. Supporting education

Our Career Pathways Programme supports schools and colleges to deliver free, high‑impact careers sessions that build students’ confidence, skills, and understanding of the world of work – aligned with Gatsby (England) and CWRE/Estyn (Wales).

  4. Connecting industry

We bridge the gap between young people and employers, giving students meaningful access to the people, pathways and possibilities shaping today’s careers.
