As part of our Career Pathways Programme, we held our second Masterclass on Thursday 27th January 2022 with ITV for thousands of 16-19 year olds nationwide.  The aim of the Masterclass was to provide young people with breadth and depth about the sector and ITV; the different career opportunities and pathways available; the key skills, qualities and attributes ITV look for, and to teach them about their recruitment process.  There was also a live Q&A session that provided details around apprenticeships and opportunities at ITV, how to go about standing out, and diversity and inclusion within the Organisation.
