At Working Options, volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. Each year, they help over 70,000 young people across the UK gain the confidence, skills and inspiration they need to succeed.
We’re looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to grow and support our network in Wales. You’ll build relationships with organisations across the country, recruit and prepare volunteers from a wide range of industries, and ensure they feel valued, confident and ready to make a difference.
This is a brilliant opportunity to shape a new role, work alongside a passionate team, and play a key part in expanding our reach across Wales.
