As part of our Career Pathways Programme, we’re excited to announce the second event in our virtual Masterclass series. This one hourMasterclass in partnership with Accenture, takes place on 21 October and is free for 14-19 year olds from anywhere in the UK to join. Feedback from our first Masterclass with ITV saw almost 90% of students feel more confident about applying for jobs after listening to the session.

Accenture is a global technology company who work with exceptional people, the latest and greatest tech and leading companies across industries. The Masterclass will have recruiters from London and Newcastle talking about the application process and tech degree apprentices talking about their experience of the programme during the Q&A session

The aim of our Masterclass series is to provide young people with breadth and depth about a sector and organisation and is invaluable for helping them to make better, more informed choices about their next steps and how to go about it. For companies, this is an opportunity to showcase their organisation and talk directly to a young, diverse potential talent pool about early career roles or apprenticeships. We can target regionally or nationally.

The one-hour virtual Masterclass allows companies to provide students with a deep dive into their sector, the career opportunities available in their industry and organisation, outline the qualifications needed and the skills, attributes and qualities they look for in recruits. Speakers will always include at least one employee who was recruited at entry-level into the organisation and the sessions feature an interactive Q&A session via the chat function with a call to action to live roles about to be advertised e.g. launching the recruitment for an apprenticeship programme.

If you’re 14-19 you can register now for a free place on the Masterclass.
