We have expanded our programmes, deepened our impact, and laid the groundwork for future growth. A key highlight for me has been our expansion in Wales where we’re having tremendous success.
Our ability to deliver such far-reaching impact has been made possible by our incredible network of volunteers. Their dedication and expertise have allowed us to scale our efforts, offering real-world insights to thousands of young people.
With 56,547 young people engaged in-person and this academic year, and 1.4 million+ reached online, this academic year has shown us there is growing demand for our services. One of the most rewarding parts of our work is working closely with young people and volunteers. Their feedback keeps our work relevant and gives us a daily reminder of why we work so hard to share career options with the workforce of the future.
Our partnerships with industry leaders like Google have enabled us to connect young people with life-changing opportunities and to provide the knowledge they need to create positive futures for themselves. In the coming academic year we will continue to seek out the best opportunities and present them to young people from all backgrounds.
